Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed, unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and labels are securely attached.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any local Royal Mail collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
